News Announcements: Tennessee Rand to Exhibit at Fabtech 2010

Tennessee Rand will once again be exhibiting at Fabtech 2010. North America's largest metal forming, fabricating, finishing and welding event returns to the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia, November 2-4, 2010! This annual event anticipates 22,000 visitors and over 1,000 exhibiting companies covering more than 350,000 net square feet of floor space.
We will be located in booth # 7523 in Hall C. Our display will include a live remote laser welding demonstration utilizing a Fanuc M710 robot, a 6kw IPG fiber laser, and HighYag RLSK scanning optics. The booth will also include a Fanuc R1000 spotwelding robot, 2 Motoman VA1400 welding robots, and expamples of Tennessee Rand fixtures and tooling. News Announcements: Tennessee Rand Expands its Machining Capabilities with Mazak CNC Lathe

Tennessee Rand Expands its Machining Capabilities
Tennessee Rand has added to their already impressive array of CNC machining equipment. We recently purchased and installed a new Mazak Quick Turn Nexus 250 CNC lathe. This new piece of equipment will add to our turning capabilities as it has a larger turning diameter, a longer stroke and more spindle speed than our current lathes.
Tennessee Rand has one of the largest machine shops in the Southeast including 32 Mazak CNC milling machines and 3 Mazak CNC lathes. We also have a full complement of manual machines and wire and sinker EDMs. We are capable of providing 4th and 5th axis machining as well as 3 dimensional contours. Our machine shop is ISO 9000 certified and NQA-1 compliant. With a two shift operation and over 40 experienced machinists, we have the experience, capabilities, and capacity to meet your custom machining needs.

For the first-time ever in Tennessee, RIA opens its popular In-house Training seminar to the public.
