Tennessee Rand maintains one of the region's largest machine shops within our facility in Chattanooga, Tennesee. Utilizing more than 32 Mazak Machining Centers, 4 Mazak Turning Centers, Wire EDM and more, we can create pieces within any specifications. And by providing machining services in-house, we are able to fine tune every part and eliminate the variances between CAD model and real world execution.

• Extensive capabilities including 33 Mazak CNC machines,15 manual machines, wire and sinker EDMs and more.
• Equipment capable of providing 4th and 5th axis machining
• Program off-line or direct through Mazatrol software
• Wide range of material in stock including HRS, CRS, aluminum, tube, bar, and plate.
• ISO 9001 certified and fully compliant with NQA-1 quality program for the nuclear industry
• Qualified welders, providing both MIG and TIG welding capabilities for all of your fabrication needs
• Design/Inspection capabilities. We can work with you to design and/or inspect your components to ensure quality and manufacturability using the latest software and equipment
