Our Response to COVID-19

 

It’s been an unprecedented few weeks as the world grapples with the effects of COVID-19. We understand these are unsettling times and want you to know Tennessee Rand is committed to doing our part to protect our employees and community, while striving to maintain the quality of service you expect from us. We have put in place several measures at our facility, all while meeting or exceeding the highest standards recommended by the CDC and government authorities.

As an essential business, we are currently taking measures to mitigate any disruption to our services and maintaining normal production, delivery, and customer service.

  • Our priority has been the health and safety of our employees. We have been following Center and Disease Control (CDC) recommendations as well as State and Local governmental guidelines. For the safety of our employees, we have encouraged those who are able to work from home to do so. For those who cannot work remotely, we have implemented work practices according to the CDC recommendations to maintain the safety of employees on-site.
  • In the event that you or your team needs to visit our facility or we need to visit your facility, please contact your project manager to coordinate the visit. To protect both the health of our employees, customers, and community, these visits will require documentation and management approval.
